I never had a problem with this guy until he stole my cat and wouldn't even let me try the stew he made. It smelled really good. And you know what? I hope he enjoyed it. Cuz pebbles would have wanted that. He was such a good cat. I miss him every night. Thanks a lot Gnk Sky Reality. I had to tell my daughters their cat was sold to model for a company that makes little kitty clothes. They are so excited to see his pictures as a model but that will never happen.

Stay really far away from this guy super shady never answers the phone won't return calls, and refuses to communicate. The neighbor to the property stated she has seen numerous people apply yet the house never seems to rent Lee seems to be running a application processing scams 10 apps a week at 50 bucks an app seems like a nice 2000k a month pay check which is more than he can make actually being the property manager. Make sure when trying to reach him you call from different numbers so he will answer his calls.

We were hired by Lee to maintain his commercial properties after being referred by a friend who worked for one of the companies located in one of his locations. They were at their wits end with the neglect of the properties weeds 3 ft high, overgrown grass, bushes not maintained. Our first 6 months of dealing with Lee were smooth and there was no sign of any upcoming issues. Then in the end of April we were hit with an email stating that our services were temporarily suspended and we would be notified when we could resume. 6 weeks later I reached out to Lee to find out when we could resume services, being that the grass was steadily growing, and I received no response. 2 weeks later my husband took a drive and saw that all of the properties were extremely overgrown. He called Lee directly who answered and seemed caught off guard when he realized who it was. Lee replied quickly that he'd get back to him. 2 weeks later and we've received no call or response from Lee. This man lacks honestly and integrity. I would understand if he found someone less expensive and decided to let us go, but to leave us on the hook with no information as to what's going on is incredibly unprofessional. I don't know if Lee plans on bringing us back at some point, but I have zero interest in doing any further business with someone like this. Be weary and talk to the other tenants before signing a lease at his Commercial properties. The general consensus we received when we started was that he cuts corners on Maintenance but expects his check when rents due.

Rented from this company for a year. Very unprofessional and rude. Electrical not up to code, outlets worked one day and not the next, wouldn't do a walk thru when we moved out, claimed it was a mess but i cleaned it top to bottom when we moved, have 60 pictures when we moved in with filth and issues. Staff lied Many times on the phone when I asked about security deposit. Never get a straight answer. He kept over 300 of our security deposit. Rip off company. True slum lord. Stay far away.

I agree with everyone else. Rented a house for almost 9 years that was supposed to get new carpet, etc. never happened. A/C was 14 years old NEVER serviced. Was ok at first but talking to him, was up and down, sometimes nice, sometimes not so nice. I put alot of my own into the place for several years, towards the end I stopped caring cause they didnt care about me,soon as the mortgage was paid off they wouldnt renew my lease, realtors showing house will occupied at strange hours then boom they gave me 30 day vacate notice.

Make sure to read your agreement word for word, because they make blatant mistakes in them, and have terrible communication skills. Lee Yearick has been arrested for check fraud in the past and is dishonest in many of his dealings. His hands shake like he's got a lot of things going on in his head, and he acts bipolar, being friendly one second and then passive aggressive the next. I regret ever doing business with him. Complete scumbag, just like the other reviews (I was first hah!) say.
