I paid 119 to Go Assist upfront for the repair of my Fridge/Freezer (parts to be added). I picked Go Assist because they state that they aim to get out within 2 working days something that was crucial for the Freezer. I was told my case would be marked as a priority. I heard nothing from them for 2 days so I called back. I was told that unless I upgraded my package to one including parts no one could come out to me...and even if I did upgrade no one could come out for another 20 DAYS ! I asked for my money back. Don't touch them. They take your money and cannot provide the service they offer
