I don't like to leave bad reviews but I am going to. We purchased a drift kart for our sons 10th birthday, he has dreamed of having his own for a long time. Within 10 days it was falling apart. The frame went first, then 2 tyres and the pull start cable, so now while it still goes it no longer has a seat belt because the frame broke and we need to replace the pull cord and tyres, I had attempted to make contact with no response as of today. A lot of money for it to only run as it should for less then 10 days.

Excellent team to deal with
Got a replacement axle for my brother's kart (after my son wrapped it around a fence post). Price was fair, axle was in stock, Go Karts Direct were super helpful
You couldn’t get such great service and friendly and so god dam helpful people around than these lovely people at GO KARTS DIRECT in Mount Maunganui and the cost well I can’t see where you would get a better deal from anyone or anywhere in the country thanks so much from me my grand children and my son once again thanks so much for the friendly service and the really warm welcoming atmosphere and the helpfulness at all things Cheers and thank Dave
