Nice, large, airy store enabling social distancing without too much effort in avoiding others. Staff helpful. Shopped around midday on a Tuesday. Likely to be more crowded at other times. Loads of free car parking.

Bought some faulty earbuds and when tried to return they refused to refund claiming they couldn't hear fault, I said maybe 4 times for every hour so they stuck it against their ear and not in, for exactly 10 minutes according to argos logic and all the while only listening to 1 bud while constantly changing ear! Naa m8 we not refunding it we cant hear it, I nearly put a sauce pan through their monitors and got banned for life from sainsburys. Thanks for the customer service argos! Wont be buying from argos again if they cant be trusted to make good.

Rubbish store! Product was supposed to be in stock so paid but none of the 14 year old staff could find the item! Got a refund which takes 3 working days to go back into my account. They are really rubbish and unprofessional. I'll never use them again.
