On the 27th January 2020, I paid Matthew Roberts of ASAPdrainage.com 165 for a CCTV drain survey and report. The survey was required as part of Party Wall Award with my neighbour. He did the survey and I paid him the 165 agreed fee, and he told me that he would email me the report and CCTV clip in a few days. He has to date sent me nothing. I have contacted him by phone, email and text at least a dozen times. He keeps apologising and saying that he will definitely send it. He has taken my money and I have absolutely nothing in return. He is a rogue trader and I strongly recommend that you do not use this company ever. I will also be reporting them to trading standards. Dr N. Habashi

This company was brilliant. I had waited over 24 hours for Dyno Rod who said they would not come for another 18 hours. My amazing plumber knew of this company and they came over 25 miles in a couple hours. Matt was a professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He cleared the drain quickly, checked that everything was good and was on his way. I can’t thank him and his company for enough for stepping in on a Sunday evening. Thanks
Our toilet was completely blocked and after trying for 4 days to clear it ourselves, we called Matt who came and cleared it within half an hour. Excellent service, polite and professional- would use again.

Great guys and very good job
Mat from ASAP drainage delivered excellent customer service. Through CCTV found root ingress and fixed the issue immediately. I received a full report with a guarantee. He went the extra mile and even traced an issue with a cracked Thames water pipe. I would have no hestitation in recomending ASAP to anyone with drainage issues. Faisal Ahmed.
