Just had my main headlamp replaced win 30 minutes! I was fortunate that Nigel had the bulb in stock. Cost 19 including labour which I thought was reasonable. Excellent service overall. I always prefer going to this local garage if I can.

I’ve been using Godden Auto Services for quite a few years now, during which time they’ve worked on four different vehicles of mine. I’ve had numerous and varied jobs done, from large to small, mechanical and electrical etc along with services and MOTs. I’ve always been very impressed with the service. Communication is consistently great with regular updates and explanations, work is carried out speedily, and prices are very reasonable. They’ve definitely gone the extra mile on many occasions and I’ve often received useful advice from them. I can’t recall ever having a bad experience with them. Most recently my wife’s car suffered a very odd electrical fault and wouldn’t start up. I live nearby so pushed it over to the garage. Despite not having booked in advance the fault was diagnosed and fixed quickly. It’s really a weight off my mind knowing that I can rely on these guys when something goes wrong. All in all, an excellent local garage that I’d highly recommend.

Excellent service. My battery gave out and the main Honda dealer wasn't answering their phone. Nigel sourced a specialised battery and fitted it within a day, and their charge was very reasonable. Only drawback, they only work on their own premises, so I had to organise a jumpstart to get the car there.
