I really felt cared for by the staff of this new again (new owners as of today!) bell outlet. They listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and were so kind towards my stress rants over my older phone dying!
They do not have enough employees. One was out getting coffee during their busiest time. It took an hour of waiting simply to have them switch my sim card. Ridiculous service. If they can't afford more employees then just close shop.
No complaints, except for the cost of a cell phone the same as any other provider in Canada!
Just had a great experience at the bell store in Goderich! The girls are so friendly and knowledgeable.
