Would be nice if you posted a sign stating that you were/why you were closed or updated your hours online to show the store closure for today. Closed my buisness and drove all the way out to do some banking, not even a message indicating the closure when you call the number listed even. I respect being closed on Remeberence Day, it should honestly be a stat holiday so everyone can have time off to reflect and pay tribute to our veterans but you should post the closure and reason for said closure. Don't waste people's time, as a bank you should know time is money.

Went in to deal with some account details. While speaking with a rep, the one beside her starts asking if I’m the one she dealt with, as she explains a personal and private matter. To which I respond, yes that’s me. Perfect, now all the other customers in the bank at the time know my personal and private business. Thanks.
