Staff here shows how much they do not care with their attitude and lack of quality service. The other Tim Horton's in town is owned by the same owner and you get the same bad service that is usually just the high school kids that do not care about your order. Often out of items, often because the workers did not stay on top of what was made because they were too busy talking. The review I read before I wrote this tries to say they do well and mistakes happen... but they happen all too much for the local Tims in Goderich. Loose lids for hot coffee because people cant put on a lid properly is unacceptable and I would be angry if I had to go to work smelling like coffee because someone who didn't care enough to do their job left a loose lid on.

The staff was friendly and fast, but I paid for double side cream cheese. It was a little short, the bathroom wasn't very clean, but that I blame on customers being gross. Thank you
Today, I had to take my husband to the hospital for a suspected appendix attack. As I couldn’t be in with him, I went to this Timmies to get a warm cafe mocha while I waited in the car. I heard the staff talking to a customer who was angry at them for because he spilled coffee on himself (really, who hasn’t had a loose lid? It happens) The staff handled it well. This was Thanksgiving Sunday when everyone else gets to spend their time safe at home and enjoying what little Thanksgiving we can have this year. So I wanted to give MY review and tell the staff thank you, and you’re doing a great job, and it may only seem like a small thing but your absolutely rocking cafe mocha is keeping me cozy and warm on what could be a long night and a strange Thanksgiving to remember. You guys are the best. Thanks for all you do and have been doing since this rather strange year started. It’s appreciated.

I love this place because they have a great variety of foods and drinks, the food and drink I'd suggest are the Chicken Noodle, a Wrap, or a Original Frozen Lemonade. The thing that surprises me the most is how fast they give you your food, and that's why I like Tim Horton's.
