They take great care of my dog. Doctors and staff are knowledgeable and compassionate. Don't try to sell you stuff you don't really need. Price and options are discussed up front. Boarders are friendly and attentive. I feel good about leaving my dog for short stays, less than a week. No problems yet after 1 1/2 years.

I wanted to share the thoughtfulness and care the whole staff showed in my experience. One of our family cats had to be put down after 13 years with us. It was a hard thing to do, very emotional. Not only were they professional and caring that day, but about week later we get card from Godley Station Animal Hospital for Buttons our cat with her paw prints on it. It was signed by the staff. This was such a thoughtful and caring thing to do. Thank you so much from the entire Creech family.

While the care given to my dogs was excellent. I do have to say I am very disappointed with their communication. Our vet, was very nice and gave us everything we needed to know about our dogs conditions. However, I tried to be very clear what was actually needed from them. At no point we’re we asked about our pet’s histories, leading to both of my dogs receiving vaccinations that they had either received recently or would not need for another 6 months. I went in to receive ONE rabies vaccine and heart worm tests and left having to pay 600, due to a adult dog plan that covered more than I asked for or what was needed.
