As per my knowledge this is the 1st Type writing School of Assam which is yet to get required appreciation from Govt. The founder late Phanidhar Bordoloi has immensely contributed towards the educational field of Golghat. Not only the type school but a high school, correctly named after the Pioneer is also the outcome of his selfless service to the Society.
