Great location and safe neighborhood. We looked at more than 100 homes in every area of Colorado Springs. Gold Hill Mesa won, hands down. Don’t believe negative hysteria about houses sinking. Everything was something before it was a housing development, a shopping center, an airport, etc. Heck, The Broadmoor was a dairy farm.

Beautiful area, but it's built on a dangerous hill. They don't have the people's best interests in mind. Many people are getting sick .
