Elijah 'Eagle' Lewis

The enchanted part is walking thru dry green stretches even though it seems like there should be snow like in on other stretches. Truly enchanted!

It's a rough hike if you are not normally active! But great views and a bit of aspen trees.

I love Enchanted Forest, a great downhill trail. Would probably rate it a black or blue black. There are some steep uphill parts, surprisingly. This is a two way trail which is it's biggest flaw. On even days bikes are allowed to ride down and odd days allowed to ride up. There can be some pretty good hiker traffic making you need to watch out. Recommend early in the morning or late at night for less people.

Icy right now but usually an awesome shuttle run for mtb, can use a downhill bike if you have one, or any other bike if you don't, still fun. My first time was on a cheap hardtail.

I really wish not to rate this, as I don't want it to gain popularity. However, it is truly an amazing hike close to Denver.
