Truly novel idea and so much work to build! Absolutely love it! Was really icy in spots. Had my ice trax and did use them. Very light foot traffic on a Friday.

Views and stop areas are amazing. Some have easier trails then others but we'll worth the walking.

It's exactly what it said. Big and easy. It's a paved path that connects all the way over to idaho springs as well as the mayhem gulch trail. Nice and steady with a few rolling hills right along the clear creek. It is right next to the road, but the noise isn't too bad in some areas where the path is further away. There's also multiple parking areas and restrooms along the path. Popular spot for kids and groups or even dogs or rollerblades

Stretch you legs at this highway side trail break area for a rest. There is water access, a bridge, pit toilets, and plenty of picnicking tables. The water, like the name implies was very clear and in late September low and very cold. This is also a great place for people to catch the bike trail as there is ample parking.
