I live an hour away but decided to go back to this clinic because I went to it years ago. Yeah they seem to think everyone is an addict even though I've had two serious back surgeries and numerous back issues. Anywho getting back to how poorly this institute runs... I drove a whole hour to get to my appointment, I even called the clinic to say I'd be 10 minutes late and they had the audacity to give me a hard time for being late. When I got there it turns they couldn't see me anyways because my UA didn't come back and until then they can't treat me. But the best part of this story is they NEVER even BOTHERED to call me to let me know they needed to reschedule. I found out after my hour long drive in rush-hour traffic that they needed to reschedule. I am BEYOND upset and it goes to show how little they care about their clients time including gas money. Unbelievable. Its such a disappointment this clinic functions with such disrespect and no care for their clients.

The entire staff are just Amazing from the receptionist all the way to the Doctors. They have treated me w the upmost respect every time
I've been a patient for many years. During these years, I have been fobbed off on no less than 6 PAs. Every time I have to change PAs, I go through the same rigamarole of being treated like an addict and \scolded\ for my use of meds. My opiods have been reduced 2x - something I wanted the first time but was pushed into the second reduction despite serious misgivings and of course, once it's reduced, you will never get them to raise the dose again. They have this Hope claim but I've yet to really see it. Dr. Krutsch has a good bedside manner but I have to say, after all this time, I have yet to discuss my medical conditions and get input with him personally. The only time you get to actually meet with a doctor is during procedures. If procedures are what you are interested in, this is a great clinic for you - as that is really all the doctors seem to do here all day so they are good at it, but if you want an actual relationship with the physician who treats you, go elsewhere.

After the closure of Colorado Pain Management, I began a thorough search for a new pain clinic/doctor. I called several and scheduled one-on-one meetings, prior to COVID, with staff and doctors. I was at a very good place with recovery/pain management and did not want to make drastic changes. I scheduled an in-person interview with the clinic and stated several times that this was simply an interview. An opportunity for the clinic to see if I was a good fit, and vice-versa. I met with one of their staff, again explaining everything, and letting them know I had other interviews scheduled as well. At the end of the interview they suggested that I leave a urine sample for them so that following my other interviews if I wanted to choose their clinic they could run a tox screen and we could move forward quickly. I agreed, but asked them to wait before running that tox screen until I had made my decision. Several weeks later and after choosing another clinic, btw...this clinic wanted to change up my whole pain management plan, I received in the mail a bill for almost 400.00 for a tox screen that I had not given permission for. Their stance is that I had signed a document allowing them to perform said tox screen and that I was liable for monies owed. Personally, my opinion, I believe they were frustrated because I choose another clinic and this was one way they could make a little money off of me. Do not use this clinic!!
