V5 Eventing

Great facilities here 2 outdoor surface arenas and one surfaced indoor. Levy place to take children and ponies to fun shows or a less experienced horse or rider for an introduction to a competitive environment. I would recomend this place to someone who was new to show jumping dressage or showing a good was ro get started. The staff are friendly and nice and the shows are often very relaxed. However, the classes can be a bit pricey for what they are and the courses can be a bit obvious or simplistic.

It had been a long time since we visited Golden Cross but what an incredible improvement. The owners are friendly, passionate and rightly proud of what they've achieved so far. You can see it's been a labour of love. We were warned about the hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and we were not disappointed! Whilst our horse was having nothing of the showjumping that day at least us humans had a nice time. A rare gem.
