I’ve ordered from this location 3 times now, and each time they’ve managed to forget the sauces. Not including the extra wing sauces I paid for is frustrating, but forgetting the icing for the cinnamon knots is just bad operations management, given that it’s a standard accompaniment, and could easily be tossed in to the box along with the knots. (The sticks were better than the knots, anyways.) I called in after they messed up a third time, and asked them to make a return trip. They countered with a 7 credit offer. I asked why I would accept a credit that would require me to pay another delivery fee to a location I’m not sure I want to do business with anymore, and asked them to simply return with the items I’d ordered. They said it would likely be an hour or two before they could do that. I said an hour or two would be fine. They then went out of their way to inform me that they were voiding the 7 credit they proposed. I’m still waiting. Won’t order as much Dominos anymore. Edit: I’ve since reordered and this location has been very eager to ensure fully delivered order. Impressed and less upset. Thanks to mgmt for the details focus.

Just tried to place an order for delivery and was treated so poorly by Nick one of the managers that I told him to cancel my order completely. I was given vouchers for a messed up order by another manager and Nick proceeded to tell me this is not how they do things and I should have known that so from now on I should just demand my money back. I’m sorry I don’t know how dominos runs it’s business but I figured when a manager gives you a voucher for a messed up order that would be enough. Not to mention I was going to have to place two separate orders and pay for delivery for both orders because they couldn’t apply the vouchers to one order together. I will be contacting the stores general manager and informing them as well. Just a really rude and unprofessional experience overall which is unfortunate- will not be ordering from this dominos or Nick in the future.
the computer said my order was at quality check at 8.24 pm received my order was delivered at 9.02pm food was cold called dominos because i thought they sent me the wrong order they didn't i ordered wrong but told him my food was cold and he said sorry. Can't do their survey because it keeps telling me to wait til my order is delivered it was delivered at 9.05 at 9.37 still cant get survey done. Always have problems with domino

Service was great, I tried their new cheeseburger pizza. The taste was good,but price was horrible. I went and picked it up myself.it was over 20 bucks,and was only a large.
Twice ordered, then 60-70 minutes for delivery, cold. Second time I asked refused the order, and got a refund, and was promised a 20 USD coupon, but hours later, never received it. My conclusion is there are better options for pizza in this town (Woody's or Papa John's), and its not worth the effort to deal with them anymore. Total quality control issues here, consistently. Their corporate needs to step in and figure out where things are wrong there.
Oh Ick!!! Not sure what happened as I used to like this place but What Happened? Just Yuck! On The Positive Side, It Did Take My Appetite Away! The pizza we ordered taste like sour meat and the pasta dish had very little sauce causing half bare noodles after being stirred. Never Again! Not sure what happened as I've ordered from here a dozen other times and thought it was, at the least, good. Especially when there's a much more tasty, cheaper take and bake pizza place just down the road! Even my husband says he'd rather the take and bake!
