Very recently (April 2020) the playground was demolished. There are plans posted for a new playground, but construction is in the earliest stages. There is a public restroom, but it has been closed off for the season/since COVID. There is one porta-toilet available. Otherwise, the fields, pavilions, and walking/exercise path are still open and available.

This park is great for kids (nice playground). It is also a very scenic setting. It is unfortunate that the field conditions for soccer are really poor. And it has been this way for years. Its hard to play higher level soccer on this soccer field.

Good play structure. Nice shade trees. Three picnic shelters. Bathrooms. Exercise trail is great for walking and biking too. Big open grass fields for summer soccer. In the fall the Fairmount pumpkin harvest festival is here. Always a good time!
