I joined this gym in the middle of the covid pandemic and I am so amazed at how clean and organized it is. Awesome equipment, friendly staff, good energy and vibe. I really love going to this gym. The other gym users are friendly and non intimidating. (no egos!) Jamie-Lee is a great owner. She understands the needs of her clients and is able to adapt. Thank you.
