Very rude. Seemed too lazy to figure out my request. Sorry to ask you for anything. Seems incompetent, the woman at the pharmacy was put out by my normal request for getting an Rx filled, generally unhappy person. She was nice as pie to the people in front of me but was terrible to me. Figure it out, pharmacy!!! I went to Costco instead.

Very rude pharmacy. I sat on hold for 20 min and then when someone finally answered they hung up without being able able to get my prescription refilled.

I was upset with this pharmacy a few months back when I showed up for the flu shot I'd made an appointment for online, only to be told they did not have the shots. But today, they might have saved me some very serious grief. I took in a prescription my new dentist gave me, and got a call from the pharmacy while waiting for it saying, did I realize that this was for amoxycillin which is very related to penicillin, which I am very allergic to - ?? No, I did not, so they had me wait while they contacted the dentist, got the prescription changed to clindamycin, and probably saved me from a very bad experience. So, thank you, King Soopers Pharmacy!! I don't know who in particular caught this oversight by my dentist but, I owe you one. On top of that the whole staff was friendly, hard working, attentive and efficient.

We shop here regularly and just had the rudest experience with a lady in the deli. After our experience we watched her treat the next customer just as poorly. I hope King Soopers is reading this and will send her to customer service classes or let her go. My business would not survive if my employees didn't know how to treat people with respect.

There is always a wait here. If you call in you’re going to be on hold for fifteen minutes. I always have to follow up on scripts my that my physicians call in. Most recently, my rheumatologist submitted a script and five days later I still heard nothing from the pharmacy, so I called them and it turns out it’s not covered by my insurance company and they’ve known this for days. A simple call from the pharmacy to let me know would have been ideal. I understand they get busy and sometimes I’ll wait four hours after I know my doctor sent them an online script and yet I always have to call them for it to get filled. I have not had a good experience here yet in the two years I’ve used them. Trust me, I’d switch if I could but unfortunately it’s convenient to me and they take my insurance.
