I have had alot work done to my 99 jeep at this location they have always been honest and fair,I went in and talked to John the owner when I first got my jeep and it needed a rearend replaced I had a bid from another company John told me to give him a day to do some reasearch when I came back he ended up saving me 800.00 not bad for waiting a day I have recomended this shop to all my friends in need of any thing from lift kits to rims and tires highly recomend to any budget conscious consumer

Went in last week and was completely ignored, probably because I am a woman. They treated me as if I knew nothing about my vehicle and then the owner went on trying to rip me off. Don't trust this company or anyone involved with them. They will try to scam you. Do not buy from them.

I bought a part from Offroad Arsenal which was incomplete. I returned the part for a refund as instructed by the employee, Natalie, and I have lost all communication with them and have not received the refund as agreed upon. I would like my refund issued as soon as possible, it's now been six weeks! Zero stars
