Always yummy! Customer service always friendly. Been ordering out a lot during the pandemic and On the Border gets it right every time. We seem to have bad luck with ordering online with missing food or uncooked but never at OTB. I would give 10 stars if we could .

Excellent food and service! Please, keep ordering from On the Border during the pandemic. They have great take out where you can get all your favorites to go, even alcoholic drinks, thank you Polis! Family meals are as easy to pick up as are individual meals. The food is still hot and tastes as great as eating in the restaurant tasted. Please, support our favorite restaurants. If our favorite restaurants are not open and serving then they are not making money for rent. I would hate to see our favorite restaurants close because they may not ever reopen. They need us. Bless us all.
I am usually a frequent costumer at this location however tonight I am extremely disappointed with the service I received right as my walked into the restaurant. I had called ahead to ask what the wait time was and was told there was no wait. I arrived 5 minutes after that phone call. When we got there my girlfriend and I had to wait about 10 minutes to even be noticed by an employee. Finally one of the waiters serving a table had asked if we had been helped and we told him no. He said he would be with us shortly. Another 5 minutes go by and we still hadn’t been helped. Finally a different waitress approached the hostess stand and asked if the two of us were waiting. We told her yes and she proceeded to tell Us that there were no tables available when we had just watched her clean off two tables. We told her that we called 5 minutes ago and were told that there was no wait and she told us that there’s never a waitlist and it’s “first come first serve” very aggressively. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the amount of time we had to wait before we were even greeted and basically lied too. Reconsidering coming back to this location again
Went to On The Border Mexican Grill on west Colfax the staff was super friendly and the food was delicious and of course their homemade tortillas hit the spot.
