Just ordered 2 pizzas, one was made incorrectly. I had to spend a couple minutes trying to convince the teenager that I ordered something else but he still thought I was crazy. I order a NYXL Pepperoni, it said it on the ticket. I showed him my online order history. He was handing me a pizza with spinach and olives and onions and tomatoes. Then, he tried to give me a pepperoni and sausage. Then another male employee came to tell me the younger guy is new, when I tried to explain that the younger guy was arguing and being rude this other male put his hand up and cut me off, just stop he says. I come here all the time and I'm getting pretty tired of these kids running this place down. Everyone is sloppy and dressed unprofessional, they were snickering about me and laughing. Guess what, I'm not coming back.

Did not follow basic food handling procedures. One of the pizza makers was eating in the food prep area. Did not wash hands after eating and start making pizzas. Since she was holding the gloves, she was going to put on, while eating, she contaminated the spinach she was putting on a pizza and the spinach had to be thrown out. Then they didn't have any spinach for our pizza.

Went to get two keto pizzas both were made wrong and it was not busy on a Saturday late afternoon. Very disappointing.

Do not go into this place if you are concerned about hygeine or avoiding Covid exposure. The long haired young male making the pizza has his nose hanging out of his mask on first contact, then went back in and then no mask at all still handling food.. At that point I asked for a refund back on the three pizza's, not worth the potential risk in my opinion. Neither guys with long hair had hats on ewwww..

We went to get a take and bake. And we asked for half canadian bacon and half sausage very clearly but they put canadian bacon all over. And the dough was very uneven from one side to the other.

a very large advertisement on the window reads "10 Tuesday! any large pizza is 10 dollars." MULTIPLE advertisements inside say "family size is the best deal. make any large a family size for 2 dollars more". no fine print on either ad specified anything about not applying to stuffed crust pizzas. there was not even a handwritten sticky note was stuck on either ad implying any differently. but, in spite of this, you get to the counter and find that they charge 15 dollars for a family stuffed crust, and 12 for a large. spoke with the manager but he still wouldn't honor the clearly posted advertisements.
