I hurt my back weight lifting last year and went for dry needling with Freeborn. Wow! I felt better right away! When I re injured my back I decided I needed physical therapy, too. Freeborn helped me get my life back both physically and mentally. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for help recovering from an injury or looking to better themselves in their sport. He is the real deal!

This is unlike any other physical therapy practice I have been to, in that they really take their time to get to the root of your issues and recommend holistic treatment. This morning, I had the most wonderful dry needling session with Dr. Freeborn Mondello. I started having elbow pain immediately after completing a workout with several pushups and pull-ups. I had never experienced pain in this location, but needed to have the issue assessed and treated in a timely manner due to a Crossfit event I was competing in later that day. Freeborn was able to quickly evaluate the problem/injury and dry needled the area. Fifteen minutes later, the session was completed and I was on my way to compete. The amount of relief I got from dry needling was amazing. I was able to complete 3 Crossfit workouts later that day- which were done with minimal elbow pain. Hours later, it feels 100% again. Freeborn was able to do a reset, and eliminate the pain. I am delighted to know Freeborn is able to offer his services, and is willing to help people in urgent situations.
