Terrible experience at this location. We had a scheduled appointment for our lease return which they refused to honor even though we had confirmed it multiple times with multiple people. Furthermore, the reason that they don’t accept returns on a weekend is ridiculous since they themselves had confirmed the appointment. Annoyed at the incident, we went to the Redwood City location and even though we had an appointment for a future date, they accommodated us kindly and quickly.

Went there for scheduled end of lease return with a confirmed appointment. Not going to take the salesperson’s name out or courtesy but they said we are not going to accept the car as I refused to get a new car through them. Said if I leave my car they will tow it away.
