My Wife and I visited this store this afternoon, the store we eat at ALOT. We have always had excellent service. Until today. Our server was so focused on a group of 8 that we were left waiting for quite a while. It was close to 25 minutes before she came back to take our order. It felt like she was putting extra effort into the larger tip possibility. Which is funny, our tips are always generous for good service. This was the first time I felt like walking out at this store.

Hubby and I went out for our anniversary and enjoyed every minute. We had a fantastic server - cheerful, giggly, checked back frequently. Oh and did you know that if you mention what you're celebrating, you can receive a complementary sundae?!

Great customer service and quality of food was just as expected for my family. Wasn't too happy with my meal; but it wasn't at the hands of Red Lobster; I tried something new; I should have stuck to my original. Still, overall a great experience and will be back.
