The place is very beautiful and luxurious at a very affordable price. The owners and staff became like a family. The location, the food, the ambience , the view everything about golden crown are stunning. I enjoyed my stay there and I will surely visit again.

This was the best stay of my life.filled with delicious food and all the facilities we got there and polite behaviour which was like cherry on the cake on this beautiful lake in the heart of the city of shrinagar
Wonderful experience. Everything about it here is amazing. The hospitality and cleanliness was superb. Food was awesome. Asif the houseboat owner is very humble and kind he ensured our stay to be the best one. Will definitely visit again.

I stayed for one night (Dec 2020) and it was nice and comfortable. Food was delicious and it was like home cooked food. Asif was the host and made me felt really comfortable and was always available throughout the day. Place has great outside view during day and night. Hot water was available during morning. Rooms have electric blanket and Bukhari (Heating system which generate heat by burning wood) - gives you feeling of heat through camp fire :) without any smoke. Stay was nice.
