I received the Hopeless Romantic arrangement (80 on website) for Valentine's Day from my boyfriend, but after learning that he was charged 120 and it didn't even last a week, we will be going elsewhere. Idk if it is common practice to upcharge during a holiday, where you're almost guaranteed business, but next time I'll be directing him to Harris Teeter. Ridiculous.
