I went to this Hardees today and the employee that helped me was very nice. However, we had some issues with the payment and she went to get a manager to help. He was very rude to us and his employee as well. I don’t go here often but so far this was a terrible experience

Acceptable customer service but not overly friendly. The bottom piece of bread on my roast beef sandwich was completely soggy. The pickup window counter doesn't look like it's been cleaned since the store opened.
Fast and courteous service. Fries were hot. My burger was cold.
My order was superb..hot and good. We had a young man that helped at the 10/30/20 around 3:10. He was very professional and friendly. Thanks for a great meal! Team was awesome.
It has it's good days. It's all about who is working. Most all employees are friendly but only half seem to actually be working.
