This is the 3rd visit that our order was incorrect; missing food, wrong chicken, and charged for a cake that is not a part of the 20 fill up and sloppily made. Instead of workers standing around talking take your time to make an order correctly!!! And your managers need to address concerns and not argue with a customer!!! Get it together and be happy that you have jobs

KFC was wonderful! I got off work late. Didn't feel like cooking and decided to go to KFC on Berkley Blvd. Hadn't been there in a long time. Placed my order, young lady was very polite. Received my food, which was hot. My biscuit almost melted in my mouth. Food was so good, I went back 2 times the next night. Manager and Staff, thanks for your professionalism and serving hot food after 9pm. You really cared. I needed that!! I'm going back again real soon.
