I have owned a townhouse in Goldsboro for nearly 40 years. I have used Premiere Carpets every time I have replaced my carpeting, as it now is a rental property. Chuck and his people have been phenomenal. They have gone above and beyond to ensure me and my tenants are happy with both the product and the installation. Most recently, there was damage to trim wood & he had his people replace the trim wood and repaint it all as part of their service. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you!
These folks are great! They take a lot of pride in what they do and it shows. Their employees are kind and respectful. They put our furniture right back where it was when they started and even plugged back in the electronics that they had to move to install the carpet. We're very happy with our new carpet and would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of flooring.
Premier does a wonderful job from start to finish... most importantly the floors are expertly installed and they do a timely, neat job! Nice people to work with. My last floors from them lasted forever! Very well done!
I must say, that this was an experienced that my wife an I enjoyed. We went into the store and talked with a sweet lady, (pretty red hair) an i can't even think of her name at this moment. She was so down to earth and helpful. This place has an enormous amount of selections to choose from, pertaining to your carpet and hardwood floor needs. Chuck came out an gave us measurements so we would know what we'd be paying. I'd highly recommend this place!!!
