I had my vacuum repaired a few weeks ago for a simple issue, it quit working because of a clogged hose totally separate from what he fixed and he did not charge me to fix the clogged hose. Great guy and great business!!!

Guy behind the counter was extremely rude and seemingly unwilling to help. I simply asked if they also repaired carpet cleaners, he gave me an attitude like I ruined his day by walking in. Guess your well off you don’t need my business, good luck!

It was a great experience working with them! I took my vacuum cleaner there expecting to have to drop it off while parts were placed on order. That was not the case at all!! They had the part I needed in stock and the repairs were completed right there on the spot. I was in and out the door in 20 minutes and the price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend them, and if my vacuum breaks in the future I will be back!
Took in a vacuum , I was told that was not fixable. The staff at this shop spent 20 minutes with us corrected the problem and told us how to prevent it in the future. I then discovered they sell a room purifiers at a reasonable price. I was so impressed by the service and the experience I am going back to buy another one. If you have an issue with your vacuum this the place to go.!!!!!!!
