I was due for service a few months ago but didn’t go because of Covid. My car needed an oil change and when I was last in I was told I also needed brakes and had received a letter stating how worn they were. I went for my appointment expecting to be there a while but was quickly told my car was ready. They checked the brakes and I was told I didn’t need to have them replaced. I truly appreciate their honesty to not do brake work when not needed.

I purchased a vehicle from this establishment in October 2020. My buying experience was exceptional. My salesperson was Stephanie. Unfortunately, I had to sell the vehicle back to the dealer after a few months. I made several attempts to contact the finance department to cancel the warranty. Over a 2 week period, I spoke to the receptionist who attempted to transfer me to Joe. Each time I was unable to leave a message. When I informed the receptionist that Joe did not have a voice mail set up she stated “he was smart”. What an inappropriate statement to make to a customer. She took my name and number and stated she would ensure Joe called me back later that day as he did not come in until 11am. When I didn’t hear anything in 2 days I attempted to contact Joe again. Again, I was told to leave a message. Frustrated I called and asked to speak to the manager. I was transferred to his voicemail. He did attempt to contact me but I missed his call. Again I called the dealership. Again the receptionist transferred me to the general manager. A few more days go. Finally, I contacted the dealer on Thursday 2/25:2021. I tell the receptionist that I do not want to speak to Joe- I request to speak to a person who can assist with canceling my warranty. She connects me to Melissa who instructed me to forward my odometer information and she would send me a form to complete. I have yet to receive the form. It’s unfortunate that a task that should be so simple has taken over 2 weeks and still nothing has been accomplished.

Having had the terrible task of searching for a new or used truck for months, I am finally happy to say the search is over. What started as a random Carfax ad popping up in my news feed led me to Goldsboro Toyota and Stephanie Sutton. Little did I know that clicking on the ad asking if a vehicle was available would almost instantly put me into contact with someone so quickly. Stephanie emailed back, answered my questions and satisfied me that she was interested in showing me this truck. Two days later and I am the proud owner of a 'like new' used Toyota Tacoma. My first Toyota truck. Stephanie was great. She has an excellent sense of humor and was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle give her a call or an email and let her take care of you.

My experience at the Toyota of Goldsboro was great. They have a nice and friendly staff ready to assist you . But they lack organizations at the time a customer is purchasing a car. For example I just bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla about a month ago. My tags came in the mail but apparently they mixed up my vin number with some one else car. I think that’s poor customer service for a dealership like Toyota. I do recommend that if you are planing on going, that you get consulted by Fatima Jimenez . She has great communication skills really knows how to connect with her customer in all she will make your dealership experience one of kind.

Stephanie Sutton made our purchase a very easy process!!! She followed through with all of our concerns post sale also which is rare in sales!! See her to buy your next vehicle you wont regret it!! Michael was also very helpful.
