Very lazy sales department. I went and talked to service about several forklift that I was interested in and nobody but sales could give me a price. OK (Salesman was not in the office) So I left and waited for a phone call and waited and called back yet no response. I was able to find out that they were letting another prospective buyer look at the same forklifts. I was ready to make a purchase that day yet slow moving sales lost my business. This is a very laid back business with no rush to anything, not even a sale. Sloppy way to run a business.
