Convenience is the number one reason. I've used this service several times now and I've not been disappointed. Buses are clean and comfortable. Great way to get to LAX without the traffic hassle.

Great bus service and worth the price! I have always had a smooth journey and the driver has always been extremely helpful. Sometimes from LAX the bus can be full so you have to wait an hour for the next bus, which has happened rarely but when it does happen it's a downer. The entrance in Goleta is very nice and has a waiting lounge with snacks.
Honestly, these folks are great. Today, I was late for the 3:30pm from LAX...I called the main office and they were able to ask the bus to hold for a minute as I sprinted across the airport to terminal 5 where I managed to catch the bus; the dispatcher had communicated I was coming and they waited for me. Here’s the thing; to offer such a high standard of general service is one thing, but to then still be able to apply a little freedom to the team to make the difference to travellers...that’s pretty special. Anyway, I’m biased. These guys saved my butt today, and I’m a converted believer in the Airbus if I’d ever been a doubter before!
What did I love about this place? The PEOPLE! The SERVICE! The PRODUCT, and the PRICE! Stellar. Everything STELLAR. I could gush, but just trust me on this: the vacation STARTS right HERE!
