Mr. Layne and his staff were very professional and very helpful. I had quite a few pieces of jewelry, which I had not purchased there, that needed cleaning and prongs checked for securing stones. One piece was antique, which required a bit of care. They very happily checked and cleaned every piece with care and for a very fair price. I will be sure to visit Layne’s for my next jewelry purchase.

Layne and his staff were amazing and I never felt rushed or pressured, even when I was constantly over thinking something or wanting to change some minute detail. My rings resized, prongs repaired, and were polished. They are more beautiful now than when I received them in the first place. Layne has always taken care of my jewelry issues. He is the BEST!

I had a watch band pin that was bad so I stopped by and had them replace all the pins in the band. Service was quick and the man helping me was nice.
