Dentist refuses to properly treat my root canal that was half done. Says I need to be re evaluated when he knows I only got half the work done at his office months ago and another dentist already said that the tooth is no longer sterile. Additionally, I came in two years saying I had an issue with my filling he did. Told me to disregard. I went to him a year later saying I was in pain and he just gave me another filling. I literally had to beg him to take an x-ray of my tooth and then he concluded it was a root canal issue- same tooth he told me to disregard. I liked him in the beginning, but after these two incidents I would not recommend.

This place has the highest quality dental services I’ve ever received. The staff is very attentive and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Everyone is very welcoming, and no one is rude, unlike other places I’ve been to. Also the dentist actually does not hurt my teeth here but still does a thorough job... it’s a miracle.
Dr.Hong is not just a dentist. He is a super dentist. I had been dental office gypsy til I came to this office. His staffs are very pleasant, polite and accurate for their work. Most importantly the doctor is super efficient, professional and compassionate dentist ever. He is such perfectionist for his work and if you have pain, they will do immediate treatment as fast as they can accommodate you so you won't have to worry about anything. It is worth all the way coming from the city.
