Good Foundations was an absolute joy to work with in the design of our Apalachicola retirement home - now my husband's and my exclusive residence. One face to face meeting with Keith Branch to go over our pencil sketches led to a series of productive exchanges that proved you really can design a home by phone and email. Good Foundation's staff were responsive, prompt, and professional in all our dealings - and most creative in their design work and construction ideas. Ketih Branch's rendition of our dream home is being brought to life by our builder, Glen Coxwell of Construct Group SE. They worked well as a team when coordination was necessary.
