This location has the best personal trainer ( Amin B) that I ever had in my life. I have not had enough time to get physically fit and in shape because of my career and I had almost lost my hope, but with his help and knowledge, in the short period of time, I was able to get myself ready and in shape, I see the best result that I could get and I am so glad to workout under his supervision.

I have started to not really like GoodLife at this location anymore. They don't have enough space and yet they have designated a big area to people with personal trainers. Locker rooms and bath rooms are not maintained well and are usually so dirty. Update (3 stars to 2 stars): even much poorer maintenance as broken equipment (including second floor water fountain) has become the new normal. Imagine having to go downstairs to drink water or fill in your water bottle!

It was not communicated that after 6 months of having my account on hold they would start charging me as a full member again. I feel that there should have been some lieniency due to COVID-19. I was back charged for months before COVID allowed the gym to open. There was no communication.

Were very understanding with the covid situation, extended my freeze no questions asked. Very polite and friendly staff! With their covid cleaning procedures I felt comfortable enough to get back into the gym and I'm happy I did.

A new to the gym for me in the last couple of months. Chris, the personal trainer I work with is great!! Very good at his craft and love his sense of humour. Cam, at he front desk is the best manager of first impression you could ever have. I never come or leave without a great big smile and a very cheery welcome and adios. It feels good. The cleaner should get a Christmas bonus as she does a great job. I try to thank her when I can. My only wish is that they would offer Tone as a fitness class.
