I have lived in a Goodman Mann Broomhall flat for over 5 years and recently left due to some personal circumstances. Throughout my time there, the team have been very responsive and helpful in any issues related to the flat. Furthermore, once we signaled the end of our tenancy agreement, Lisa was exceptional in working with my housemates and I to make the process really smooth and straightforward. And moreover, she did that with alot of kindness and understanding too. I really appreciated her and the whole team supporting her. Thank you!
