I have been using the services of Goodman Property for over 10 years. We had been renting serviced offices provided by Regus in Cambourne, Cambridge for a couple of years. Serviced offices are expensive and our growth meant that it would be more cost effective to purchase our own premises. We approached Goodman Property to assist us in our search as we had no experience whatsoever in terms of purchasing commercial property. Johnny Goodman provided us with what has proved to be invaluable assistance and saved us many thousands of Pounds. He showed us around a number of premises and whilst doing so educated us in various aspects involved in the purchase of commercial property. Johnny eventually found us our perfect offices based in Stow-Cum-Quy. He was able to negotiate a significant reduction in the asking price and was also able to assist in the legal formalities required in the purchase of a commercial property including the recommendation of a Solicitor. Over the years after the initial purchase of our offices, Johnny has been able to assist us in finding numerous sublet tenants for our offices. He has an instinctive feel and perception in terms of what his Customers need and require and rapidly tunes into providing what is needed. Johnny has a huge depth of contacts and a profound knowledge of properties around the geography of Cambridge. He is hugely proficient and is able to assist with all sorts of matters involved in both the purchase and rental of properties. Goodman Properties will always be our first port of call as they have earned our implicit trust in providing solutions at sensible cost. Johnny is honest and completely trustworthy in terms of providing an ethical service. We know we are always safe in his hands and without fear of exploitation. I would recommend Goodman Properties without reservation for any of your commercial property requirements. If Johnny cannot help directly, he will go above and beyond to find someone that can!
