I was very worried about my son after a long day of testing the day before our pediatrician gave us a referral for urology. This office was great. They got me in the same day and we kind and very sweet to me and my son. The PA we saw was amazing. She explained to my 6 year old what was happening in a way he understood. She also listened to my concerns and really addressed all of them.

Banner Children- Pediatric Urology office has friendly front staff, amazing and patience assistants that take care of your children. I got all my question answer before/after my son's surgery. Phillip Gleanson Pediatric Urologist Also, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!! Kelly Paulson, PA-C Pediatric Physician Assistant she has done a PHENOMENAL job with my son's care for more than a YEAR....She is always happy, smiling, friendly, has a great patience with the children in explaining step by step the after care, knowledgeble, answers all my questions and conserns at the moment of our visit but most of all you feel how much she cares about her patients and don't feel rush at all to finish the appointment.

Why don't they ever answer the phone? You have great Doctors who went through so much to get a degree and then you have bad receptionist who you are loosing clients over due to bad customer service.

Office staff is rude and dismissive, doctors have absolutely no regard for patients schedule or time. Do not explain procedures or care options and you are not included in decision making.
