Very nice associate. I rented at your Ashley River road location for several years and was very impressed. This location not the same. Anybody can walk in where the enclosed units are.... It smells like urine where I parked outside the front doors to the right. Only 3 carts available the first time and then only 2 the second time I came to unload.... Someone who was renting an outside unit came and took one if the carts when I was there guess that's why there were only two.... I went early one morning and it was only me and the rats/mice there. They were running around in the ceiling, very active.... Each time I've come there's a man sitting on the ground charging his phone from the wall outlet of the building.... People park right in front of the doors blocking the entrance making others having to walk around them....

Mr. Bob is an Awesome guy, the rates are great and the facility is clean, well lit, and well maintained. I recommend any looking for a place to store their valuables, come in you won't be disappointed.
I was able to rent a unit easily while out of state! Took less than 30 minutes out of my day. The manager, Jennifer, was beyond helpful and attentive to all of my needs. She answered questions I forgot to ask and made me feel good about my decision to rent with Extra Space. I tried to reach out and work with other storage facilities, but glad I didn't. Superior service and I highly recommend them.
