The staff is awesome. Did not push me to getting a phone I didn't want. A busy store, but was helped in a very timely manner. Compared to the Tmobile store on Rivers Ave and 607 St. James, this store and its staff are way better

Every time we go to the St. James Ave. TMobile store, we get our problems solved. They have shown us how to hook up our phones, where to put SIM cards when the slot was hidden. You get the idea. The last new phone I bought there left the store ready to go. I would say I could do that at home, but the helpful ladies at this store just did it because they could and I was there anyway. Love the employees here.

Manager Bob and mobile specialist Desirae are beyond professional. They answered all my question, helped me and my wife with new phones and also helped my parents with new phones. When some one says that they provide excellent customer service, I will expect them to match the service we received today. 10/10 will come back and continue to choose T-Mobile as my phone provider.
