They are the best. Dr. Brown has been taking care of my yorkie for 9 years keeping my boy healthy. Cody loves Dr Brown ,his Nurse Crystal and Nurse Cody. Shannon and the Girls at the front desk are always friendly and make us feel at home.. Thank you Goose Creek Veterinary Clinic.

Very professional. Courteous, kind, compassionate. Worked us in promptly for an emergency situation, then helped us with an extremely difficult decision that eased our favorite cat's suffering. That decision was extremely painful however Dr. Westphal explained in great detail of the necessity that made it bearable, at least tolerable. The staff was considerate, patient and supportive as we said our final good-byes. Highly recommended.

Every appointment that I have ever had, I have had to wait for a minimum of 10 minutes. No big deal. Today my appointment was at 10:10 am. I had no idea coming all the way from West Ashley, because that’s where I live. That they would be doing road work on 61, that would cause stand still traffic for at least 15 minutes. At 9:50 am I called the clinic and let them know the situation. They asked me to hold and then got back on the phone, and said we could still be seen, but that we would be charged a 15 fee. For being 20 minutes late on a situation that was out of our control. I even called 20 minutes prior to let them know the situation. This did not seem fair and does not sit well with me. On top of that the doctor called and said that we would be shown how to put the drops in the ear and we never were. We were handed the medicine and the leash and that was it. When they called with the total the 15 charge was on there. Along with information from the receptionist to apply 1 drop in each ear 3 times a day. Luckily I decided to read the instructions and label and do research to find out that it is only 1 drop per ear per day. We will not be coming back due to this experience.

We recently switched over to this vet clinic. They took great care of our fur baby, he has heart conditions and they were very happy to see him and help. The tech was very nice and very helpful. The receptionist was kind and super friendly. The vet was very kind and geniously seemed to care for our little buddy. They are handling the covid 19 pandemic in a great way to minimize the risk to themselves and to the customers. Very happy we switched over.
