I've found Ryan to be very reliable. He's proactive and always on the ball. Keeps both tenant and the landlord informed about any ongoing issues and keeps a tab on the works to be undertaken. He also has good team who can start any work quickly. If you have any questions, Ryan is always on the other end of the phone! Great to work with you :)
