Location really admirable, in a Paradise Countryside, a ‘must see’ and the restaurant TOP quality and elegance.

The rooms are alright but the AC is very loud, the restaurant that is connected to the hotel though is a different story the food there is not good at all, for example I got myself a tiramisu and asked them to bring it at the same time as my family's second course would arrive because I was tired but when I received it the middle was completely FROZEN, it had the consistency of a slushy and was uneatable because of how cold it was, I was very dissatisfied and I also later found out that my mother was also dissatisfied with her second course. I have been to this hotel before and I will say that the food was not that bad last time.

Lovely staff, beautiful grounds, great pool, good food & wine. The buildings are all very grand with an amazing collection of splendid chandeliers throughout. Our room was spacious & comfortable but with rather quirky decor!
it felt a bit like staying in a fairy tale castle with a lovely park and gorgeous buildings within. Breakfast was very good and offered more than the usual Italian style. Apart from that, we didn't like that the pool was crowed on the weekend, but surely not from the hotel guests. Also, that the beautiful venues, like the Osteria, pizzeria and bars were not open at all, just the restaurant.

Went there for a wedding and I have to say location is amazing and well kept. However the organisation was super slacky and the lady that wants to be called wedding planner Emanuela is very rude to many many guests because of her own disorganisation. She definitely weighted down our experience and will think twice before recommending the venue now. The rest was amazing. All reception staff was really heplfull and nice.
Wonderful location, beautiful hotel, nice staff and very good kitchen. The rooms are spacious and clean.
