Chris was great to work with, very responsive. When we had a tree down across our driveway he was over within an hour to remove it. He came back to help us evaluate other dead trees for removal and did a fantastic job of that as well. He has also been mowing our lawn for over a year now and doing a fabulous job and we will continue to use his services. Great service, hard working, honest and fair prices. We would highly recommend him.

CP Property Services recently performed spring clean of the grounds at my home in Gorham. The team did a very thorough job of removing debris from around the shrubs, bushes and gardens. The lawns look fantastic. The team was professional and punctual and completed the task in less than 2 hours. I plan to use CP Property Services for my lawn care going forward. Their fees are reasonable but it is the quality of work that most impresses me.
After being dropped from our current landscaping company we needed to find a company fast! CP Property responder quickly! Giving us estimates for several of our locations. We decided to go with CP Properties because of their prompt response and reasonable pricing ! Spring clean Was not an easy one this year and they did an amazing job! The team is very responsive, professional and reasonably priced! I would highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs!
Chris and his team are fantastic & helpful. Checking in on what's needed each season, and working with us for both the regular lawn care, and the 'one off' needs like mulching and fall clean up. Excellent work. Always a courteous crew. And a good value for service.
