Very pleasant staff on hand. We pick up different materials that go to a large recycling center in Massachusetts. The crew was excellent and helpful quickly directing me to the right person I needed to talk to for the pick up. Got me loaded withing 40 minutes and was on my way. Makes for a great start to the day.

People very rude. Smells bad. Regulars get special treatment even when Verbally threatening others in line. Management walks away on hostile man calling women very harsh words. Pathetic really.

I called to ask a question and speak to the manager or supervisor. The man who answered the phone just said " I cant hear you, there's too much noise in my back ground" and hung up while I was in the middle of speaking. Not sure if managers read these posts but coming from a business stand point this is not professional.

Great selection especially if your looking for clothes and shoes and great prices at 1.39 lb for clothes and shoes its one heck of a deal.

I love the quality of the items I get from there, the technology section is my favorite!

The wait for 26 people begins 45 min before Although the rotation is 4 times a day..they only allow for1 hour and then begin removing the bins for checkout So basically 1.5 hours to roll bins out and roll new in with no customers. They do not like customers to be there and its obvious. And their prices have gone up. The reason given...we have to make up for lost customers and time closed...The warehouse is huge. There should be 50 plus people allowed. Done

I've driven 30 minutes 3 times this week to find 40 people waiting in line 30 minutes before they open, by the time I wait in line and get inside you take the bins away 20 minutes before your closing time and I have 10 minutes to shop. NOT FAIR TO CUSTOMERS!! The same 25 people are there all day every day making in close to impossible to allow any new customers in, it's a shame to see a fun place that everybody loves to shop at be ruined by people who spend 8 hours a day every day there. The hours are horrable, closing for an hour every 3 hours ruins the flow of traffic and restarts with the same people that were inside an hour before. People need to be limited to how long and how many times a day they can shop, just like every other place of business. I understand this is peoples job to buy and resell, as I do that as well. but its destroying the growth of your business and turning so many customers away from shopping here. I just wanna be able to shop here for an hour twice a week and the repetitive customers and store hours prevent that. Also the rush inside is like black friday, no one has any respect for social distancing, bumping shoulders and practically pushing people to get through the mob. This store has gone downhill and desperately needs to be resolved.
