What an adrenaline rush! I have never been on a snowmobile and I can’t wait to go again! It was the easiest thing to learn how to use and once I got the hang of it, I realized 2 hours wasn’t nearly enough time. I initially ended up booking a double snowmobile guided tour but wasn’t able to get a guide for the trails. The staff were friendly and sent an email out a week before the trip to let us know of the inconvenience, but am happy that we were able to venture off on our own. I will definitely go again and for a longer duration!! The snowmobiles were in immaculate condition, so beautiful! The seats AND the handles for the passenger were headed which was and added plus! It was nice to be away from people and selfishly enjoy Mother Nature and her beauty!! There is so much openness and wilderness to explore its breathtaking. Abandoned buildings and cars if you are lucky to spot them!!

I had zero experience going into this. There were 4 of us & I was the only one who had never driven a snowmobile. We were also in two separate groups when we signed in. Once they realized we were together they rearranged everything & we were given an absolutely amazing tour by Michael. Because I had no experience I was placed in the middle & Michael stopped along the way making sure I (as well as the rest of our group) were having fun & getting more comfortable on the machines. We ended up at the peak of black cap & the views were amazing. By the time we headed back down I felt totally relaxed & confident on the sled. We ended up with ten minutes left on our time so Michael let us ride freely in a wide open field. It was a blast! I cannot say enough good things about Northeast! It was a memorable experience & the staff are amazing. Thank you for making our day so fun! I highly recommend them!
From booking to checking in the reservations are easy. Great staff. Sleds were well kept and trails were great. Only negative was the entry back after riding lacked snow and made pulling around tricky but we let them know they needed to throw more snow on the corner and they assured they’d take care of it. Will definitely be back
Husband and I did a 3 hour run. Super busy day and the staff had everything under control...explained everything perfectly and got us on our way. Super friendly Machines, knowledgeable staff! They had to shuttle us to and from another lot. The driver was amazing and fast. Regret that we didn't think to tip him..sorry bud! Machines were top notch. Loved the built in GPS and heated grips! Trails were amazing and we had a blast!
MOST FUN WE HAVE HAD IN A WHILE! We had an amazing experience! The staff was so friendly. We had an issue with our GPS, and one of the employees changed out the snowmobile for another one and then noticed the gas was low and topped us off. He could not have been nicer. The trails were easy to follow and we did an unguided tour. We can not wait to come back again!
